5 weeks until IBJJF Kids Pans 🥋

Today’s conditioning session:
🚴‍♂️ Assault Bike
⏱️ 20 sec hard
⏱️ 10 sec easy

The Assault Bike has a way of exposing your conditioning really quickly. 😅

We’re working on building a bigger gas tank, improving recovery, and getting ready for the demands of competition.

Nothing fancy. Just consistent work. 💪
