Wellness Martial Arts Voted Top Martial Arts School in Brampton for the past 4 years by Top Choice Awards! Wellness Martial Arts was established in 1999.

Our school brings together high intensity work outs with the techniques and self defense of martial arts. Classes are offered to men, women, and children of all ages. Wellness is led by Renshi Flynn Bandhan who has earned the rank of 5th degree from hall-of-famer Kwan Jan Nim Veronica DeSantos. Discover yourself through the five principles of Black Belt: Modesty, Courtesy, Integrity, Self-Control, Perseverance, and Indomitable Spirit.

Wellness Martial Arts will be closed for the Easter long weekend to give our students and instructors some quality time with their families and friends.

Wellness Martial Arts will be closed on Saturday, May 17th and Monday, May 19th for the Victoria Day long weekend.
There will be no classes or open training during this time. Regular classes will resume on Tuesday, May 20th.
