Everyone from equipment movers, set-up and put away, grounds maintenance, horse handlers, In-gate, there's something for anyone willing to help out either prior to fair weekend and/or during the show! We’re gearing up for another exciting year at the Renfrew Fair, and the Light Horse Show is in need of dedicated volunteers to help make the 2025 event a success!

If you have a love for horses, enjoy being part of a fun community event, or just want to lend a hand, we’d love to have you on board. Whether it’s helping with setup, assisting during the show, or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, there’s a role for everyone.

Dates: September 5th and 7th 2025
Location: Renfrew Fairgrounds
No experience needed – just enthusiasm and a willingness to help!

This year we've decided to take advantage of the warmth and host our camps in the afternoons!! We will host 3 afternoons of camp during the March Break on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday afternoons. Choose 1, 2, or all 3 afternoons. A great activity for children 7-16! So much fun always had by all :)

We walked away today with 2 overall 2 Day Champs, Remi Stevenson in the Walk/Trot Division & Kaitlyn Barker in the Open Division! Our entire team showed off their team spirit all weekend and it was 2 days of absolute fun full of ribbons & prizes!!!! I couldn't of made it through this weekend without all of the parents, family members, friends & family who helped. Big shout out to both the Stevenson Family & the Mellema Family for all of the hard week not only this weekend but all week. Danya for being such an amazing announcer & last but most certainly far from least Carolyn Hass for always making sure we return to an incredibly clean barn.
