Hello dear friends and family,

As February comes to a close and we start planning for the summer ahead, I wanted to update you on our swimming lesson schedule.

This summer will be an especially busy one for our family! My sister is getting married, and we’ll have our hands full throughout July preparing for events. I recently secured a teaching contract that will keep me in Thunder Bay until the end of June, making it very challenging to run swimming lessons as usual.

At this time, we are unable to commit to offering lessons, but we are considering a few mini-sessions in August if circumstances allow. If not, we hope to resume lessons in 2026. I wanted to share this news with you as soon as possible, so you have time to explore alternative options. If you need any assistance or recommendations, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d be more than happy to help.

This decision was not an easy one, and I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. If anything changes, I will be sure to share updates here.

We are deeply grateful for each of you and look forward to reconnecting in the future!

I recently read how starting a business is a terrifying experience, and how it’s incredibly personal.

And it truly is. Inviting people into your world, creating an experience you hope is meaningful, and embracing all the feedback—good or bad.

As I sit here and reflect, I’m filled with unbelievable gratitude. I feel so lucky and proud of all the families who have trusted us, built connections with us, and grown with us. From swimmers who have gone on to become instructors themselves to weathering all the ups and downs—late nights, long days, website crashes, trial booking systems, unpredictable weather, learning lessons, conquering fears, experiencing the best days ever, and everything in between.

I never could have imagined reaching this milestone with an incredible team I trust completely and clients who feel like family. As cliché as it sounds, it couldn’t be truer—none of this would be possible without all of YOU.

Thank you for everything. And on that note, CHEERS TO 10 YEARS! 🥂🦋

Congratulations to our June swimmers for completing the first session of the season! There were particularly lots of big happy faces this last week as majority of our swimmers were reaching their final days of school - happy official summer everyone! Have a wonderful & safe long weekend.

We will see our Session 1 & Session D swimmers on Tuesday to kick start our July lessons!!!
