Our private gym allows clients to feel comfortable and safe while they are training. We offer one-on-one personal training &small group (2) training. Break The Chain Fitness is dedicated to create healthy lifestyles that are sustainable long-term. We provide the knowledge and tools that our clients need to succeed. We are accepting clients for one-on-one and small (2-3) group training. Our trainer

s are diverse in fitness backgrounds: bootcamp, circuit training, powerlifting, body building, sports conditioning, sports team training and weight loss.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Looking to start the New Year off with a bang? Now is the time to start your fitness journey with a goal and a plan to help you follow through to success!

Join us if your ready for a real change. Fitness is a lifestyle not a quick fix. When your ready to make a change, we can help!

Things to consider for a real change:

1. Getting in shape looks different for different people. Body type, activity level, water intake, sleep and stress have an impact on your goals. It is an evolving process and requires on going changes throughout your journey.

2. Celebrate the small victories! Notice and appreciate the small changes. Not just in your physical appearance but also your mental and emotional changes.

3. Changes don’t happen overnight. There are no short cuts or quick fixes. Real change takes time- sometimes months before you notice a change.

4. Prioritize yourself. Excuses and reasons will always be a barrier if you let it.

5. Invest in a good personal trainer. Someone you can trust and look up to. Trainers are experts in fitness and can help you reach your goals faster and more effectively than on your own.

These are some of the things we tell our clients, and remind them when they feel like things are not happening as fast as they hoped for. Change takes time, consistency and hard work.

My name is Mary Smith and I am a Certified Personal Trainer with Break the Chain Fitness, a Squamish Nation member owned business located in Brackendale.
As a mother of 3, I completely understand the scheduling hurdles we face on a day to day basis.
Whether you're looking to manage your weight, get stronger, reduce pain or just a boost confidence.

We currently have openings for group training and also offer one on one training in a private gym setting so if your not a "group fitness" type of mom we got you! With a private training gym we have the whole gym to ourselves!

Errin has been an amazing client she continues to get stronger and is well on her way to hitting all her fitness goals this year.
Errin had a few hurdles due to back surgery 7 years ago she had loss of feeling in legs and feet due to nerve damage and limited range of motion.

After putting in a few years with a kinesiologist she was ready to start her fitness journey with me.
Within the first 2 months of hiring a Certified Personal Trainer Errin's kinesiologist said she had 60% cell regeneration.
This ment she started getting feeling back in her legs, feet and toes.
Her range of motion, balance and strength has also improved.
She has lost over 8 inches and continues to impress me.

HIIT Express: 30 min high intensity class designed to maximize calorie burn and build lean muscle.
Tuesday & Thursday @ 7:30 AM.

Strength + Conditioning: This 50 min class will utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and much more to achieve the perfect total body workout.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 9:30AM

Our dimmed lighting combined with heart pumping playlists will leave you feeling motivated and hungry for more!

Last nights bootcamp demonstrated by our personal trainer Chloe! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

As the summer goes on, our exercises get more complex as you progress and adapt! So impressed with everybody from last night that powered through this workout like champs. πŸ’ͺ🏼

We finished off last night’s class with a b***y burner and a stretch sesh! πŸ”₯πŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

1) Tire Flips
2) Devil’s Press (burpee, push-up to overhead press)
3) Battle Rope Russian Twist (flip the grip and initiate movement with your core)
4) RDL to Row
5) TRX reverse lunge to knee drive
6) Med ball Mountain Climber
7) side shuffle - back pedal - side shuffle - sprint
