As our season comes to an end; I wanted to get a quick thank you all the volunteers and their families that helped out this year, we couldnt have done it without you guys.

We are extremely proud to be 100% volunteer operation; volunteers do everything here from emptying garbage cans to maintaining the ice!

Last Friday we had a community 'wind up'! Everyone was invited out to 'paint the ice', we had some candy guess games, and a chinese auction.

All prizes donated by patrons, volunteers and local families/business!

Thanks to all that attended, between the kitchen and the auction we raised over $1000 that day to be put right back into the rink!!

The ladies may have noticed several new plumbing upgrades, particularly in their washroom. Well, we just received the bill for it, only to find out that Mullin Plumbing had donated over $700 worth of fixtures and labor!!

We continued to be humbled by the community support for the rink, and we certainly couldnt have had the success weve had without businesses like this!

A 4yr old youth 'volunteer' has informed her parents that the "toilets are no longer scary" so i think we can take that as a win!
