Well let me be the first to share!
I will talk a little about my history in athletics and where I am today.
Growing up I loved sports! I loved track n field, volleyball and basketball. I tried to compete in every sport or program that I could growing up. Once I hit high school i was on the football team, the basketball team and the rugby team. Loved my contact sports.
I never really had the desire to bulk up and hit the gym like some. I had speed and dexterity, with the stamina to keep getting up after getting rocked every play.
My senior year I tore my ACL, that finished me. For a young kid growing up in the ghetto of Forest Lawn, that meant the end of my college athletics. My body was my ticket, my ticket to living my dream of becoming a professional football player. Coming to terms with physiotherapy and reconstructive surgery, I turned to partying. I gave up, and started a dark chapter of my life. Then, I met my future wife. I grew up and started a family in a far off place called Bowsman MB. Haha. Once we started having kids, It clicked for me. I knew that I had to be the best role model for my children.
Years later, I started to lift weights in my basement. I became a basement beast. Honestly it was quicker and cheaper, because kids take a lot of your time. I became obsessed with it, the pump you get while working out was addicting and boosting.
I finally found my outlet. That's how I came to love SteelW8's
I then started to test out supplements for weight gaining and power. I will eventually introduce some of these products. I strongly believe a person can only really have a point of view, if it is from experience.
Lets go dialog's!!!!!
Bust out some questions on me or some products. Thank you for your time, have a great day.

Happy Tuesday! I would like to request at least one person here that would be interested in sharing. Sharing, if they are entertaining the thought of changing they're lives through fitness or healthy diets? It's said 90% of the challenge is just showing up, once your there pfffft the finish line is right in front of you.
So who wants to get out of they're comfort zone? Remember I want nothing more to create dialog not monolog. Let's do it. Let's create content and feed back for some really good conversations. Dialog. 😀 hope to hear from everybody!

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to follow up on my last video post from Jeff Nippard on supplements. Just to reiterate and summarize his supplement recommendations. Whey protein was the most recommended with a .7 mg to 1 mg / ibs of body weight. Got to have the whey protein.
There was the caffeine effects, how we can create a tolerance. Effects from caffeine become diminished which is described as insurmountable. So increasing your dosage will not do anything for you. So it's recommended to cycle off caffeine, take 3-7 days off
every 1-2 months. General recommended intake of caffeine is 4 mg/kg of body weight per day.
Jeff also talked about L-Citrulline, which is common for weight lifters to up the pump and reps. There has been studies done showing L-Citrulline provided a higher response to more reps and a significant decrease of muscle soreness. Recommended dose of 4-10 g ~1 hour before training. Alternately if you choose to take a Nitrate instead , your dose should be 500-1000 mg.
Last but not least Creatine is found naturally in the body, but also in some meats and fish. Hundred's of studies support the efficacy and safety of creatine. Creatine has shown to increase strength and power to training athletes. Promotes muscle performance in the gym. Recommended dose of 3-5 g / day after training.

Hope that was informative for everyone. Thanks have a great day.
