Intermediate/Advanced 7:30 - 8:45 (Grades 7-9ish)

The Advanced Program is built for athletes who already have a strong foundation and are ready to refine and elevate their performance with similarly skilled athletes.

• U13–14 Club Boys

Spiking Stars is excited to announce that the Spring Programs are now open for registration!

The Spring program starts in May just after the club season ends. It will run for 8 weeks at Knox Christian PS in Bowmanville. If you are wondering which program you would benefit from the most, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Space is limited and programs generally sell out quickly!

The Winter program still has a few weeks left before March Break but already we have seen a ton of growth in both the beginner and intermediate programs. I am so grateful to be able to work with such an amazing group!

I hope everyone is able to enjoy some time with family this holiday weekend, and I look forward to getting back on the court soon!

That's a wrap on the Fall Spiking Stars Volleyball programs!

Thank you to all of the athletes who joined us for the 8 week program to improve their skills and have fun playing some volleyball!

The winter programs will start up again on Jan. 9th for another 8 weeks. There are still a few spots left in the Intermediate/HS program. Check out the website if you are interested!

The beginner program is currently full, but if you would like to be added to the waitlist or be contacted directly when the Spring programs are open for registration, please reach out to let us know!

Thank you to everyone that has made the start of the 2025 Fall Programs a great success. I appreciate the help from all of the coaches, the parents for giving their child the opportunity to learn such an amazing sport and of course the athletes who come out each week with such a positive attitude.

For those that may be new to Spiking Stars, please reach out at any time if you have any questions about any of our programs. Just remember if you use the website to send an inquiry, please sign up for the mailing list or check your junk mail within the first 48 hours of sending a message. I will respond promptly to all questions, but as a business all replies are filtered to junk by default.

On a positive note, Friday is only a couple of days away! I am looking forward to getting back out on the court!

Just in case anyone missed the email and happens to see this post, Knox PS needed the gym space tonight for a meet and greet with new families to the school. The last session will be made up next Thursday. Same timing for each group.

As much as I’m not ready for summer to end, I’m excited to announce that registration is now open for Spiking Stars YVA’s Fall Programs!

Both our Beginner and Intermediate programs will run for 8 weeks on Friday evenings at Knox Christian PS in Bowmanville.

As always, spaces are limited to ensure every participant gets plenty of practice and individual instruction. Visit the website for full details, and feel free to reach out directly with any questions!

Summer is finally here!

We are only one week away from the start of the Summer Programs!

This is just a reminder for those that are already registered, that you should have received a few emails by now. The first would be a confirmation email/receipt sent out through the website. The second email would have been sent out within 48 hours of registration welcoming you to the program and sending out a digital copy of the waiver for those new to Spiking Stars. The last email was sent out yesterday and that was to give you a few more details about the first session and what to expect. If for some reason you are not getting the emails, please check your junk folder or reach out directly.

For anyone still interested in registering there are 2 spots available in the beginner program and 8 for the Intermediate/HS program. Check out the website for more details or if you have questions please don't hesitate to reach out!

Whether it is our beginner program or our intermediate/HS program with more experienced athletes, our focus is on getting the athletes A LOT of touches, quality instruction and individual feedback!

Spiking Stars is excited to announce the summer programs available starting in July at Knox Christian PS in Bowmanville.

The classic Beginner program is for athletes aged 8-13 who are newish to the sport and looking to learn proper fundamentals in a fun and positive atmosphere. Light volleyballs and smaller courts may be used to ensure athletes experience success!

The Intermediate/HS program is for athletes with some experience playing the sport who are looking to improve their passing, serving and spiking skills as well as an opportunity to play games at the end of each session.

With only two sessions available space is very limited! Please reach out if you have any questions about any of the programs offered by Spiking Stars.

Friday officially marked the end of the Winter Sessions at Spiking Stars. Thank you to all of the participants and parents who made those sessions a tremendous success. I saw so much growth and improvement out of all of the athletes in both the beginner and intermediate programs!

There is a tiny break now before the High School program kicks off on April 10th. There is still time to sign up, but T-shirt orders are going out this week. It is getting close!

The Intermediate program is quite full but there are still two spots left. If you miss out, please send me a message so I can add you to the wait list.

The beginner program has more available room than previous sessions because we are moving to a bigger space at Clarington Central! As a result there are still 10 spots left, but this session will fill up quickly.

Summer is just around the corner. The summer programs will be on Thursday evenings at Knox Christian School in Bowmanville. Sign up is not available on the website yet, but if you would like an email when the sessions go live please send me an message through the website and I will add you to my list!
