Hello players!

I hope you have had a great holiday season and start to the New Year!

It is time for our Annual General Meeting and we need you to come and hang out with your fellow Slopitch players once again!

Details:

Where: Royal Canadian Legion, 1265 Scarborough Rd,
When: Thursday, January 26th from 7:15pm - 9:15 pm
Who: Every member in good standing is welcome! If you paid fees, you are in good standing!

The meeting itself will only take about 30 minutes and then we will take the rest of the time to socialize and hang out!

Agenda

A detailed agenda will be sent out closer to the date but here are the basics.

Review the past season
Financials
Elect a few new members to the executive (with thanks to departing executive)
Any new business and motions on the table.

We will be looking for at least 2-3 people to join the executive board for this season so if you are interested in helping and being involved, please do let it be known!

If you have anything you would like to put forth at the AGM please contact us with your item and it will be added to the agenda.

This is an important part of our requirements for being a not for profit society, so please do make the time to come out and participate in this league! And we get to hang out in January!

Hi Ballers!

Here is the game schedule for this coming weekend of the 27th.

One big thing to keep in mind for this weekend's games is that the Logger Sports Festival is on at the same time. This will mean that the Cove, and field will be very busy. We suggest that you come early, or park far away and walk to the field. The On-Demand bus may be a very good option for this day so get the app and reserve your time.

This will be two exciting, family friendly events next to each other, so lets be sure to bring our "A" game!
