Time to take a break from Facebook..

Monday 13th YOUTH HIIT (post summer refresher and prep for Fall Sports season)
5pm (40 minutes)
Wednesday 15th CARDIO/INTERVAL TRAINING
6:15am (50 minutes)
Thursday 16th HIIT IN 45
5pm (45 minutes)
Friday 17th CARDIO/INTERVAL TRAINING
6:15am (50 minutes)
Friday 80's & 90's TGIF WORKOUT
9:00am (50 minutes)

Trail Run for Fun Group on Bowen
This group is not about beating world records, it is about running/hiking/walking the best you can with a group of cool cats that are supportive, encouraging, and positive
It is a way to add another form of exercise into your weekly routine, cross-training at its best!
After 6 weeks, we can look at put in some teams for the relay 1/2 marathon Hand-Loggers if it goes or maybe another race somewhere nearby!

Need a Workout People?

I am running a free interval class tomorrow (Saturday, March 28) at 10am virtually through Zoom.
Disclaimer: there may be technical difficulties and glitches, this will be my first go at it! But it will be fun!

The class is scheduled for 45 minutes in my invitation BUT I have heard that because of our current pandemic, Zoom has extended the max time, so be prepared for 1 hour but it might only be 45 minutes.

Get a mat ready and if you have a BOSU ball, Step or dumbbell, get that out too. Modifications will be given for NO equipment so no worries on that!

Please message me if you would like to join the workout and I will send you the link.

Thanks and hope you are all hanging in there. The only thing that has made me feel normal lately, is when I am in the middle of a workout!
