How Integral Hockey Was Founded 👇👇👇
➡️It all started in Victoria, B.C. with a broken stick in 1994. Randy’s brother-in-law needed help, and Randy had a background in aerospace composites.

➡️That first repair lit the spark.

➡️Fast forward a few years…Randy’s running a boat repair biz in Port Alberni, BC, and gets a request from some local hockey parents to repair their kids’ sticks.

➡️One sleepless night later, he invents a method for internal hollow shaft repair…restoring flex + feel like the stick was never broken.

➡️Players started testing them on the ice. The verdict? “Feels just like new.”

➡️Randy patented the process after realizing no one else knew composites like he did and that stick repairs everywhere else were basically just glued-on guesswork.

➡️In 2010, Integral Hockey was born. First franchise followed in early 2011.

➡️Refurbishing sticks saves players up to 70% vs. buying new and keeps thousands of twigs out of landfills.
