This division is built around friendly rallies, good energy, and relaxed, non-spiking play—making it ideal whether you’re returning to the court after a long break or just getting into the game for the first time.

We are actively raising the bar for this division—bringing together teams that love fast-paced, high-quality rallies, structured play, and dynamic net action, all while maintaining a supportive, energetic adult rec vibe.
What we’re looking for in our next team:
✔️ Solid Fundamentals & Skill: Experienced players running consistent 3-hit plays, structured sets, attacks, and dynamic court coverage.
✔️ Great Energy & Sportsmanship: A positive group that competes hard on the floor but keeps the atmosphere fun and respectful every single week.
