Marisa is a Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor specializing in both mat and reformer. Her passion for low-impact, intentional movement began with teaching yoga in 2008, and has since expanded to include barre and TRX. She is dedicated to empowering women through movement, creating classes that build strength, confidence, and connection. Marisa brings an encouraging, supportive energy to every session—her goal is for each client to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and truly seen.
Schedule : Wednesdays 9-10-11 am
