Okay that’s better. Minimal pain in the old bicep. So hard to believe that running caused that much hurt in my arm. Oh well, onward and upward. I’m telling ya Comfrey Salve in the morning, black bean castor oil at night. Really seems to be speeding up healing and recovery.
