What a great weekend of racing out at Tail Creek. Thanks to everyone who made it happen and/or took part in it.

Thanks to Showroom Auto Detailing for coming on board as the title sponsor for this event. They even showed up with a bunch of door prizes for drivers, pit crews, wives, and kids that we were able to give away at the awards

Thanks to Jason and Nichole for the use of their fantastic property. We are so lucky to have such an amazing track available to us right here

Thanks to Larry, Jamie, Jason and Ron along with many others for all the time spent developing and maintaining the track. It's getting better and better out there

Huge, huge, huge thanks to all our volunteers. We all know these events are not possible without them and we are lucky to have such an excellent group of them. Vince and his scoring team along with W***y and his recovery team kept things running smoothly and on time as per usual

And thanks to all the racers who put on such a great show. The carnage for this one was real to say the least. It's been a long long time since we have seen this many DNF's ..... between mud and backwards direction of the track it was hard on many of us to say the least

Vince has been a huge part of our racing from the beginning. Having been our race director during the Punisher series days and continuing in that position with the Brink Fab Motorsports Series. Vince has helped us make a huge leap currently with the purchase of our own set of radios for volunteers and recovery.

Time to open up entries for the September 10/11 race

Course format is getting a shake up for the event. Plan to prerun if possible 😎

Here's the schedule for the 2021 September race
Gates open Thursday noon.
Racer and pit crew check in. Wrist bands required to be on course in race vehicles and also required to be in hot pits
Tech can be booked at registration table and will take place in hot pits. (New race vehicles only....previous Punisher/Ultra4 tech does not require a retech)
Track is CLOSED to race traffic Thursday. Walk the course but no race vehicles until prerunning Friday
Friday
10-4 prerunning. Specific class schedules TBD if needed. Reverse track format and a change around the concert bowl. 40mph speed limit except the Gap jumps and large Whoops section.

**** if this is your first race with us we are super stoked to have you ..... please stop and see a map so you understand the course ..... there are many parts of the course that can be dangerous if you are unaware of them ****
**** gap jumps non-jump line is far drivers left ....along the fence....slow down and roll through on that side if not launching the gaps ****
4:00 drivers meeting for Ultra 4 qualifying....make sure you are off the course and ready for the meeting please
4:30 -6:00 qualifying for Ultra 4 classes
7:00 drivers meeting for all racers
Saturday
9:30-11:30 SXS/4900 and Sportsman classes 100km race on Long course race. 12 laps approximately 8km/lap
12:00- 1:30 Outlaw 20km race on Mid course. 4 laps approximately 5km/lap
2:00-4:00 Ultra 4 race. All classes. 100km race on Long course. 12 laps approximately 8km/lap
All cars to be lined up 30 minutes before race. Late arrivals will start at the back
5:00 awards all Classes

We have had a huge jump in Insurance fees and other costs. That has forced a rearranging of fees.

We had been doing race entry fee plus $100 land use cash at the race....that is changing.
The $100 has to be part of race fees to cover the cost increases.
New fees structure....
U4 $250 per entry before Sept 6
$350 Sept 6 on
SXS/Sportsman/Outlaw $175 per entry before Sept 6
$275 Sept 6 on

Land use will now be covered through a gate admission that everyone pays. Anyone entering the property who is 18 and over pays $20 for the weekend. This includes drivers/codrivers/pit crews/friends/family/spectators/your wife/my wife etc etc etc. It is so much simpler for our volunteers if we don't need huge lists of who is covered with entry fees and who is not (if we covered it in entry fees we would just be adding it to the $250/$175 anyway so it is the same thing)

The ONLY exception to gate entry is 1 list. Our amazing volunteers. Timing/Tech Inspection/Recovery people get themselves and their significant other through the gates for free. Thanks so much for all you guys do for all us racers.

What a great weekend of racing. Thanks so much everyone for coming out and making it awesome

Thanks to the volunteers. Such a smooth event with our great team of volunteers taking care of things. From recovery to timing to registration you all did such a great job. Thank you so much

Thanks also to the track prep and work people. Larry, Jamie, Jason and Angie, Ron and Greg all put in tons of time making upgrades to the track and getting it ready to race
