Kings fall 3-2 last night to Daysland at home. Was a hard fought battle but Daysland advances to the NCHL Final. We would like to thank all the fans who made our team part of your weekends. To all the sponsors for their continued financial support of the club during these times. To the volunteers who work tirelessly at the gate, 50/50, timekeeping, penalty boxes, and behind the scenes. And a big thanks to our players who make this team what it was and their commitment to games and the long travel. We didn't reach our goal of the league finals, but we were happy with another winning regular season, and winning round 1 to make our division final. Thanks everyone for your support!

In the final game of the regular season, the Big Valley Oil Kings faced off against the Devon Barons, and limped away from a crushing 10-3 defeat, a fact the team never forgot during its five-game semi-finals series.

Kings win 8-0 and win the series 3-2. First playoff series win in over 10 seasons! We move on to the South Division Finals vs Daysland. Thanks to all the fans who came out to Devon tonight. And thanks to everyone who tuned into the broadcast online with Ryan and Jordan. Hope you enjoyed it!

Kings drop Game 2 at home 6-5. It was a hard fought game and the Kings outshot Devon 62-27 but couldn't come away with the win. Game 3 will be Saturday in Devon at 8pm and Game 4 will be Sunday Jan 31st in BV at 1:30pm. The Best of 5 series is now tied 1-1
