⚔️ Weapons Night = Best Night! 😎🥋

This time, the kids got to pick their weapon of choice, and they were pretty excited about it!

Whether it was nunchaku, bo staff, escrima sticks, or another favorite, everyone had a chance to show off their skills, learn something new, and have a blast doing it.

The energy was high, the focus was sharp (thankfully not the weapons 😆), and the smiles were everywhere.

Who knew learning discipline, coordination, and control could be this much fun?

👏 Shoutout to Logan! 👏

Logan is one of the students in our Masters Program, and his hard work is really starting to show. More and more often, he's stepping into a leadership role and leading class drills on his own.

What many people don't see is the amount of work that goes into moments like this. Logan has spent many extra hours training, learning, practicing, and preparing to develop the skills needed to help lead classes.

It's been awesome watching his confidence and leadership grow, and we're proud to see him taking on more responsibility on the mats.

Keep up the great work, Logan! Your hard work is paying off! 🥋🔥

The kids were crushing it on the pads this week! 🥊

Lots of energy, lots of smiles, and lots of hard work as they practiced their kickboxing skills. It's amazing to see how much confidence and coordination they build while having so much fun.

🥋 Kids Grappling class in action!

There’s a lot more to martial arts than punches and kicks. Our students have been learning how to control positions, escape, reverse, and use technique to their advantage on the ground.

The best part is watching them work through challenges, try new ideas, and celebrate those "aha!" moments when a technique finally clicks. 😄

Grappling is like a physical game of chess—every move matters, and there's always something new to learn.

Weapons training was going great... until reality checked in! 😆👋

One quick rap to the hand and suddenly everyone remembers why focus, timing, and proper technique matter! Thankfully, a little sting is just part of the learning process, her hand is fine and these young ladies don't let a little sting stop them.

Our students work hard, have fun, and learn valuable lessons in perseverance, concentration, and resilience every time they step on the mats.

Sometimes the best martial arts lessons come with a reminder to keep your hands out of the way! 😂🥋
