I support them in learning HOW TO COPE with the emotional roller coaster that grief brings and BUILD CONFIDENCE in their abilities through SELF-LOVE practices. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME...I am a widow, mom, fiancée, author, and entrepreneur. I am passionate about sharing my experiences with the benefits of living a naturally balanced lifestyle; as well as easy ways I use essential oils to support my family's overall wellness.
