What a great turnout for the raffle for Dominic. Thank you to Dan Granger for taking the lead on putting the raffle together and all of the extremely generous donations and ticket purchases. The final tally is in, we have a grand total of $1775.00!!!!!!!

We hope Dominic goes bananas with it. Let’s post up some fun suggestions for a 9 year to blow it on lol, like at the arcade (is that still a thing? lol)

We would also love it if we could show our appreciation to the generous local businesses and donors that helped us out with gifts, by supporting them anyway we can.

With the awards banquet this past weekend, we can officially call the 2025 Can X Racing season a wrap - thanks to TMR Customs for letting us hold the banquet at their facility🏁

A huge congratulations to all our class winners, and an equally big thank-you to everyone who made this season happen — our supporters (EH Media Canada, TMR Customs, Motive Media), fans, spectators, volunteers, venues, and of course, the drivers. You all play a huge role in bringing these events to life.

Planning for 2026 is already well underway, and you can expect event schedules to drop early in the new year. 👀

This past year has tested one of our own wheeling families in ways no parent should ever have to face. Serge and Ashley Goulet’s son, Dominic, was only 8 years old when he was diagnosed with a brain tumour. He bravely powered through brain surgery, radiation and chemo for an incredibly difficult journey — and through it all, he showed the heart of a true fighter.

Today, at 9 years old, Dominic is doing great. 🙌
Now it’s our turn to rally behind him and show him just how strong the wheeling community really is.

We’re hosting a fundraising raffle for Dominic — with 100% of all proceeds going directly into his pocket, so he can buy whatever he wants and know his community is cheering him on.
