There has been a couple small tweaks to the class schedule! Monday class at 8:30 am has been cancelled for the rest of spring and the summer. Saturday mornings class will be taken over by Coach Rob.

Dear valued Fitness Guild members,

As per the new government mandates regarding the COVID-19 vaccine, we will be requiring our members to be fully vaccinated. This is a regulation set by the Ontario Government under the Reopening Ontario Act. All fitness facilities are required to follow this mandate.

We will not tolerate harassment towards our members or coaches. We respect your decision on not getting vaccinated, please respect our decisions also.

These have been very difficult times for everyone. As we transition into this next phase, remember to treat everyone with kindness as we all want the same thing, for Ontario to be back to normal.

Please join us in reopening Ontario and get vaccinated.
