A focused 12-week program built to sharpen your engine, build race-specific strength, and prepare you for what race day actually demands.
Whether it’s your first HYROX or you’re chasing a stronger performance, this is where the work gets done.
What To Expect:
⚡ Workouts will run at each class time every Wednesday
⚡ Two 1 hour long Saturday workouts with the training block dedicated to HYROX training
⚡ HYROX Sim Race 1 month out from race day
⚡ 1 FLOW mobility session during taper week
