Some days, after class ends and the studio is quiet, I sit back and put my feet up and take it all in.

What started as an idea - a feeling, a hope, a dream - has become a space filled with movement, laughter, growth, and so many incredible people.

There have been long days, learning moments, happy tears, and countless little wins along the way....and through it all, I keep coming back to gratitude. Gratitude for this community, for every person who walks through the doors, and for the opportunity to create something that feels so meaningful.

And of course, for the moments in between - tired, quiet evenings, and a loyal companion reminding me to slow down and enjoy it all 🤍

It’s hard to believe we’re already here.

Thank you for showing up, supporting this space, and helping turn In Balance Co. into more than just a studio. From early mornings to shaking legs, first classes to familiar faces—we’re so grateful to share it all with you.
