The new Orenda reel out on the water with our friend JP. Note the optional lever k**b. The clicker lever can be put in one or four positions. When I built the reel I had put it in the upper rear spot but JP easily changed it himself to lower forward where he likes it.

A new reel we are working on, the Orenda centerpin reel. This is a caged reel built in the traditional style from the older reels from England which are popular in BC. This one is a bushing reel with a removable spool. One feature of this reel is that the clicker lever can be re-positioned to one of four locations to suit left or right handed operation and either above or below the reel centerline. There will be an optional lever available with a k**b on it for the classic look and feel. The reel is presently under test in BC and when that is complete we will add the reel to the website for more information on pricing and options. They will be available through Fred's Custom Tackle in BC.
