I will never forget when my son Leo was home sick with an ear infection. I had a group training session scheduled. Noah and the rest of the group wanted to make sure Leo was with us.

During the workout Leo whispered in my ear “I want to make Noah a friendship necklace ”. Leo quietly sat in the corner making friendship necklaces for everyone that night.

Pushing through a gruelling workout, the boys stopped their sets to acknowledge their special friendship necklace. I always appreciated how Noah made Leo apart of our workouts. It was a special bond and I will forever be grateful. ❤️❤️

Please put your Hockey Sticks out on your front step in memory of Noah Latimer and for support of all families affected by this heartbreaking tragedy.

Today we celebrated Leo’s 4th birthday!

It’s hard to put into words how amazing Leo has made our lives. To see him develop into a silly, happy, caring, kind, funny, loving big brother. Someone who loves sharing special moments with his family and friends. He brightens up our day (like a rainbow 🌈) no matter what, even if it starts at 5am.

We can’t wait to see you continue to grow and create new memories. We love you so much Leo!

We had the music blasting, signs showing and cold water 🧽 flowing. It was an absolute vibe.

Congratulations to all the amazing participants at the this weekend! Especially my runners, friends and family.

You all should be so proud of your accomplishments. If you hit PR’s congratulations! If you did not have the run or hit the goal time you had planned for, use it as motivation for the next run!
