We’re excited to announce that Derek is bringing Train 2 Tumble and Flip Flops back to Powerhouse this fall!

Classes are designed to help athletes build confidence, strength, and new skills in a fun, supportive environment.

✨ This Fall’s Schedule Starting Sept 6 for 10 weeks:

Flip Flops – $200
Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Train 2 Tumble – $300
Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturdays, 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM

With these options, your athlete will have plenty of time to learn, grow, and take their tumbling to the next level.

We are incredibly proud to introduce Stella Feeney as a Powerhouse Athletics Sponsored Athlete!

Stella is a standout in the rugby community, recently named to the 2025 Canada Games Rugby Team, while also representing Nova Scotia as part of the NS Keltics and the U19 Atlantic Selects, who just competed at the Canadian Rugby Championships in Calgary. 🇨🇦🏉

Her accomplishments don’t stop there! Stella has also worn the maple leaf, representing Team Canada at the U18 level through the Canadian Women’s Rugby Program.

“Beyond my love of the game itself, I take great pride in being a leader for my teammates and peers. One of the most rewarding aspects of playing a team sport is the opportunity to serve as a role model for younger female athletes and contribute to the growth of rugby across our province.”

Stella was the captain of the Citadel Women’s Rugby Team, a participant in the U18 Canada Emerging Leaders Program, and co-captain of her provincial team at Vancouver 7s, Stella is a force both on and off the field. She now sets her sights on the next level, joining the Acadia University Varsity Women’s Rugby Team this fall.

We are so excited to be a part of Stella’s journey and can’t wait to cheer her on in what’s to come! 💪🔥
