Butterfly invites a sense of lightness and ease, reminding us to be kind to ourselves as we open up. Open your hips and your heart as you find a gentle, fluttering release. To practice Butterfly, sit with the soles of your feet together and knees out to the sides. Hold your feet with your hands, inhale to lengthen spine and gently fold forward.
