Comparison is still something I find myself doing a lot… comparing my body, or my cravings, or my skin, or my progress to others around me. Comparison can be a nasty thing and can really affect the way one feels about themselves, and in turns treats themselves
So here is your PSA that ALL BODIES ARE DIFFERENT‼️ NO TWO BODIES WILL EVER LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME‼️
Even if we did the exact same workout plan, meal plan, skincare routine, etc… we would still look different!
And that’s cuz we are all different🤍
So when you’re getting down on yourself because you have been following your favourite fitness influencer’s (or whoever’s) workouts that they post online, and you don’t look exactly like them… or you watched their “what I eat in a day” videos and follow them exactly, and are grouchy 24/7 cuz you don’t like that kind of food… or bought all the same skincare as them and copied their whole routine, but you still are dealing with acne (or whatever else it might be)
Remember… you are you, and they are them🤍 and what they do might work for them, but that does not mean it will work the same for you too
Finding a fitness program that works for you can be difficult! Hiring a personal trainer can be a FANTASTIC way to find personalized workouts that are going to get you to your goals!
