*INFO FOR REGISTRATION 2018*
Hi Everyone!
Megan, Christine and I are starting to get very excited about swimming lessons this summer! THERE IS A LOT OF INFORMATION HERE FOR EVERYONE TO READ! All three of us will be teaching full time so we are sure we can accommodate your family. We will also be using Megan and Christine's family pool for younger children if required. Their house is just 2 houses up the road from VERMEER SWIMMING.
Swimming Registration will be will be APRIL 14, 2018 AT 9:00 AM
This year I have every week of the summer June 18-August 31.
open except August 6-10
A few of the weeks are 4 day weeks due to STAT holidays or a need for an instructor to have a day off.
The lessons for levels 1-6 during those weeks are 40 minutes per day and for levels 7-10 the lessons are 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The phone numbers to call on APRIL 14 are 905-518-2929 and 289-687-2733 (only call these numbers on APRIL 14). When you call, please have your children's report cards ready so the appropriate amount of time can be booked. Please remember to call on APRIL 14 because we have a lot more people interested this year!
Also if you call after APRIL 14 during the week, please call 905-563-1862 after 3:30 OR leave a message on the answering machine as I will be working. My mom or I will call you back in the evening.
PRICES FOR THIS SEASON:
Levels 1-6 and all preschool levels (five 30 minute classes)
1 child with 1 teacher- $85 per child
2 children with 1 teacher- $65 per child
3 children with 1 teacher- $55 per child
LEVELS 7-10 (five 60 minute classes)
1 child with 1 teacher- $130 per child
2 children with 1 teacher - $95 per child
3 children with 1 teacher - $75 per child.
When grouping your children together they should be in the same level or one level apart. There is a big difference between levels 4 and 5 so these levels should not be grouped together. For children in the preschool levels it is better that they are taught alone until they are more confident.
All lessons will be held Rain or Shine! Out of pool lessons will be given during Thunder and Lightning!
VERY IMPORTANT! Your lessons are the week you book, we cannot change days if you need to cancel. Only for illness and a death do we try to accommodate other arrangements. If you cancel your lessons less than one week before we may ask you to pay for the lessons as we may not be able to fill your spot. If you decline to pay then the following year you must prepay for your lessons. Sorry about this but it is not fair to others who may have wanted lessons and were not able to book a time slot.
VERY IMPORTANT!! When you have two instructors for one family, would it be possible to pay each instructor separately? This will cause much less confusion for payment. So please pay each instructor individually what is owed not to Vermeer Swimming. We will be sending you a reminder email the week before your lessons indicating the cost of your lessons and indicating which instructor is to receive payment.
