🌸 Exciting news! I’m now offering Menopause With Confidence small group coaching sessions.

Menopause can bring many questions and changes, and with so much information out there, it can be difficult to know what to trust. These small groups offer education, support, and practical tools to help women feel more confident navigating this stage of life.

Small groups of 3–5 women — choose from the scheduled sessions below or create your own group with dates and times that work for you.

July sessions:
Wednesday 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
Choose from 10:00am or 6:30pm.

Strength training should be one of your top priorities during menopause and continued throughout your life. There are only benefits that you will gain. From your brain to your heart, muscle, bones and overall daily movements. Your body was made to move and challenge itself. Do yourself the greatest gift and start exercising! Getting ahead of the game is the best thing you can do. Being aware of the symptom and acknowledging them when they start. You are not going crazy, your body is entering “the zone of chaos” where your hormones are fluctuating at crazy levels. You are not alone. Whatever direction you choose to implement (through hormonal or non hormonal strategies) There are different ways to relieve these symptoms and bring you back to yourself. My first symptoms were night sweats, sleep disturbances, depression and feelings of anxiety, hair breakage, and loss but to sum it all up I just didn’t feel like myself NFLMS. Every Tuesday I will share info about all aspects surrounding perimenopause, menopause, and Post-menopause.
Topics will range from exercise, the brain, nutrition, hormones, to sleep, s*x, stress, UTI’s, and everything in between.
