The Rehabilitation & Injury Recovery Program is open to new clients. Along with Registered Physiotherapy services Chiropractic services are available. It’s the best of both worlds! You will have the option of using 2 types of your insurance benefits to cover your exercise sessions. So if you use up your Physio benefits you can roll over to your Chiropractic. This will help you get more out of your benefit package and exercise sessions. Pilates is not a fad or the latest obsession, it’s so much more than that. I have seen Pilates change the lives of so many people including myself, whether they’re feeling tight or achy, sometimes weak, or sometimes they have chronic pain and injuries. It doesn’t matter the reason, what matters is that Pilates works to strengthen, stretch and rehabilitate so you can get back to full function. There is no pill, powder or shake to substitute what a workout on the Reformer can do.
