To all of our amazing participants as we Wrap Up an Incredible Winter

As we reflect on an amazing winter filled with community classes, we can’t help but feel grateful for all the sweat and laughs we shared. Despite facing challenges like snowstorms and illnesses that led to canceled classes, we still managed to raise over $2000 for local charities from January 20 to May. Your support has made a significant impact, and we are truly thankful! 🙏

Important Updates:

• If you’re looking to keep the momentum going over the summer, consider joining my Virtual Bootcamp for just $45. Classes will be held in the mornings via Zoom, and you’ll always have access to recordings.

We’re excited to see you all again in September! Until then, we wish you a happy and safe summer in 2026.

We will be having Weekly classes on TUESDAYS @ 6:30PM until we close up for the summer !!

The weather is getting nicer and we all want to enjoy the outdoors as much as we can!!
