2026-2027 Registration Is Now Open
We are pleased to announce that our 2026-2027 House League registration is now open. Please note that Female Development and Female House League program registrations will commence soon. The tentative start date for the 2026-2027 hockey season is September 8, 2026. Please read this memo in its entirety as all registration information is included.
Before any registration process is started, parents must complete the Shift Forward course. Please see previous email sent out today.
Bay Arena Minor Hockey Registration Information:
All players must be registered and HNL fee paid before stepping on the ice in September.
Early bird pricing will apply until August 21, 2026. Registration will close on August 21, 2026 and not reopen until September 10, 2026. Once registration reopens, all packages will increase in cost by $50.
Please complete the registration process by using an existing RAMP account that has been used to register the player in the previous season. Please do not create a new account. Only new players must create a new account.
Players are required to upload a copy of their birth certificate or Passport as proof of age in order to complete the registration process. This is mandatory. MCP cards are not accepted. This is a requirement from Hockey Newfoundland.
If the player has fundraising credits, they will be applied on the registration system near the end of the registration process.
HNL insurance fee is $90 per player, for the 2026-2027 hockey season.
Below are the House League hours and fee breakdown per division for early bird pricing for the season. Note that some divisions have had their hours adjusted from last year as a result of a shorter upcoming hockey season.
U7 - 40 hours ($670 ice fees + $90 HNL fee = $760)
U9 - 40 hours ($670 ice fees + $90 HNL fee = $760)
U11 - 30 hours ($480 ice fees + $90 HNL fee = $570)
U13 - 20 hours ($290 ice fees + $90 HNL fee = $380)
U15 - 15 hours ($195 ice fees + $90 HNL fee = $285)
U18 - 15 hours ($195 ice fees + $90 HNL fee = $285)
Promo discount codes are as follows:
If there is more than one child in the same immediate family, please use the promo code SecondChild to receive 25% off fees for second child and promo code ThirdChild to receive 50% off fees for third child.
If there is a goalie registering, use promo code Goalie to receive 50% off fees. To avail of this discount, the child must be committed to playing as a goalie for the full season.
If the player is a new player or 1st year, use the promo code 1stYear to receive 50% off fees.
If the player is a female, use the promo code FemaleHouseLeague to receive 25% off fees. This can be used for the Minor House League program.
Each player can only use one promo code. Use the promo code that will give the largest discount on fees.
It is important to note that RAMP promo codes will be applied to the payment balance after any fundraising credit is applied from the player’s account. If this occurs, complete the registration process and please contact the Registrar and fundraising credits will be applied back to the player’s account.

Please note that the Hockey NL fee of $90 is non-refundable. House league fees will NOT be refunded after December 1st, 2025. Amount refunded up to this date will be pro-rated based on hours scheduled and other expenses.
