Me trying to explain to him that Sleeman clear has about half the calories of regular beer. I shouldn't of pointed out that it had 1 gram of protein.......

I botched the stain on this and will eventually replace the plywood. But for now it is what it is.

Total platform is 1 1/4" thick. Should be enough to protect cement underneath.

Can anyone spot the morning after 6 beer and 7 slices of pizza?

But you know what, 4 days later and I'm the lightest I've been as an adult. You just gotta get right back up whenever you fall down.

Stay consistent and the results will come.

Too many people give up after every little bump in the road.
