The boys came out to play today at The Sweatshop Bashaw—10:30 a.m. strength class was intense!
We gave it everything, and let’s just say, some of us were pushed to the limit (puke and all).

FrIdays are for the best sweats with the best people!!!
Seems everyone wants to play hooky from school on Fridays too……so put them to work as well!!!

Fitness is something we do for ourselves to improve our quality of life and health….but group fitness is better because we do what we don’t want to do, with our buddies! A super charged crew today with loads of sweat and great big smiles!

Strong bodies, quick reactions, better balance… and plenty of laughs along the way.

Our Seniors Fitness class at The Sweatshop Bashaw tackled sled pushes & pulls today, worked on reaction and balance drills, and finished with some conditioning work together. The best part? The friendships, encouragement, and fun that happen every class.

Looked at the barbells I’d set up.
And said “these must be for a different class!”
And then this happened………
These seniors are stronger than they ever believed….and they just keep getting stronger.
How lucky am I that I get to share my love of lifting and fitness with this beautiful community?
