Can’t wait for a better and brighter future with Shelley Montemurro!!!

Quick intro!!!
My name is Shelley. I’m a wife, a mom, an athlete, a coach, a dreamer and a business owner!
My husband and I are so excited to take over the awesome gym in Bashaw, formerly John’s Gym.

Mid October we will make the switch to and begin our new adventure to build community and connection in this incredible town!

We have 3 teenagers (14, 14 and 13) who have also been raised in the gym we own in Sherwood Park called .
It’s a family focused facility where we encourage health, happiness, connection and fun while adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Bringing that same joy to Bashaw!!!!!
Watch for new classes and events.
Same gym, same vibes, same awesomeness…..just a new name!❤️🫶🏻

We are thrilled to share the news as we pass the gym off to the new owners in the next few weeks! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to take over and make it even better!

Thank you to all our members for the past 8 years and we know you will be in great hands! Current memberships will all carry through with the new owners.

We’ve upgraded our gym access system! This means no more fobs. You’ll be able to sign up for a membership and access the gym from your smartphone!

For all existing members we are migrating your memberships to our new software today. You should receive an email this afternoon with instructions on how to continue to access the gym. If you have any trouble please call or text Loren at (780) 608-9274.
