Today one of my senior clients that is actually one of my favourites shhh don’t tell anyone .
She told me she had a pretty hard fall on the weekend . But the best part was she got right back up like nothing happened. She owes a lot of this to all her hard work moving her body and weight training . Trust me she isn’t using 5 lbs dumbbells . 💪. This is what it’s all about .

Not to start walking

The only thing you are too old for is giving up on yourself
