Our Winter Academy sessions begin on Saturday, January 10th and run for 10 weeks straight!

Secure your spot with your favourite rugby academy! We're back offering 10 weeks of skills sessions for U14, U16 and U18 Co-ed, every Saturday evening at the Barrie Sports Dome.

To help our U16 and U18 athletes take their performance to the next level, we are also offering the opportunity to join us at Mind to Muscle for 8 weeks of strength and conditioning to launch iro your spring season!

We are thrilled to be offering our U16 and U18 Winter Academy groups strength and conditioning options with Mind to Muscle this winter. Mind to Muscle has a long history of developing youth athletes and we can't wait to check out their new facility!
