Howdy Ya’ll!! It’s been a long time, we know!

While it’s true that Simcoe Diving no longer exists as a store front dive operation, Lorraine and I still exist lol and we still go diving in warm tropical locations :)

Why not come and join us this December in the beautiful Bahamas 🇧🇸 to enjoy some amazing diving and fun in the sun with the best valued dive trip on the planet! We have done this trip many times before and it NEVER disappoints!

If you’re not a diver, we can make you diver on this trip. If you’re already a diver and want to just complete a specialty course, let us know what you’re interested in and we can make it happen. Non-divers are always welcome to enjoy some time on the ocean, in the sun, beaches, swimming and some great food and drinks. Some of our best memories have come from this trip so don’t miss out!!

As you probably know, Simcoe Diving recently closed this past November after 13 years of full-time operation :( While this closing was bittersweet, it has allowed us to reestablish roots for another professional dive center in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands 🇻🇮 (No snow to be seen here anywhere ;) 😆

We are now working regularly for Sweet Bottom Dive Center at Cane Bay and also at their sister shop located at the Carambola Resort at Davis Bay. Both locations offer amazing wall diving only minutes from a beach shore entry. If you are looking for a tropical paradise diving escape, we would love to have you come and pay us a visit :) Come for some guided dives, take a course or two or perhaps even step up to a PADI professional ranking, all this is offered here. Feel free to message us with any questions you may have and we would be happy to help you plan a visit to the beautiful island of St. Croix.

Getting tired of the cold and snow yet??

Why not come down to St. Croix USVI and join us on some beautiful warm ocean dives (83 degrees 🙂) and enjoy some cuteness overload like this little guy (Burrfish Puffer) that joined us on a night dive recently.

On this one dive we enjoyed green and spotted moray eels, batfish, scorpion fish, tarpons, lobsters, octopus, rays and too many turtles to count. Just amazing!!

As we approach the permanent closing date of Simcoe Diving this Saturday 😮, we want to introduce you to a friend and new dive shop owner Bill Martin at Double Down Divers in Elmvale. Bill will become the new custodian of all our past student files and will be able to continue on where we left off in providing you with all of your scuba diving needs including air fills, gear servicing/sales, group dive travel, hydrostatic testing and all levels of training including technical level courses.

We are confident that Bill and his team will provide you with top-notch service in our absence. While he is not yet a Mares dealer, he is looking into this option so as to continue on with the servicing needs of all our Mares equipment customers.

We hope that you will stop in to meet Bill and check out his shop. In the meantime, Aquasub in Richmond Hill can assist those with any immediate Mares servicing needs.

We have 2 Phillips Heartstart On-Site portable AED’s available for sale. It includes hard case and all user required accessories. Batteries are good to 2028. These units retail at $1600 without accessories and case. $1200 each or $2200 for both units. Also available is the matching AED trainer priced at $395 if purchased with an AED.
