Suzanne Forster Coaching - Empowering Caregivers

Suzanne Forster Coaching - Empowering Caregivers 1 on 1 coaching specializing in supporting Caregivers. I was caregiver to my Father until he was 101 years young - and it was the best experience of my life!

We should talk if...
- you just want a minute for yourself…without feeling bad about it
- your mind is spinning & you’re exhausted
- it feels like everyone wants a piece of you
I'm here to help! And...it was a time when I was often lonely and overwhelmed and looking after myself came last. This is what spurred my passion to help busy, multitasking women by providing support and guidance to help r

elease some of the guilt and stress so many of us carry. I love helping women to amp up their well-being so they have more energy, time & balance in their life. Soul-care is doable - so many women just don't believe it's possible. I share straight shooting knowledge and 1-1 conversations to help women empower themselves with confidence, ease and joy! We actually do have the strength to fuel our mind, body and soul - we just may not know how - YET.

December isn’t easy for everyone - behind the lights and celebrations, many people feel stress, loneliness, or grief. If this season feels heavy for you, you’re not alone.
Let’s be kind and gentle with one another — you never know who may be quietly carrying the weight of December 🤍

Today we take a moment to remember, honour and thank those who served — we’ll never forget their courage and sacrifice.

✨ Have you ever looked at a photo of yourself and thought, “Wait… I don’t really look like that!”?
Or avoided the camera altogether because you didn’t like how you looked? 🙋‍♀️

A friend of mine was trying on a beautiful dress for a special occasion — but every photo she took made her feel worse instead of better. It got me thinking… I do the exact same thing.
I’ll see a picture and immediately say, “Everyone else looks amazing… I look awful!”

Then I came across this powerful TED Talk that completely shifted my perspective. 🎥
It’s short — and so worth it. If you only have a few minutes, start at the 10-minute mark… that’s where the real magic happens.

We live in a world that teaches us to be our own worst critics. Maybe it’s time we start being a little kinder, a little softer, and a lot more loving — especially toward ourselves. 💖

Let me know if this resonates with you and what do you say when looking at a pic of yourself? Then watch this video and tell me if your perspective has shifted!

After many years of being a portrait photographer, I have a theory that anyone who actually likes having their photo taken is either a professional...

Do What You Can, Then Step Back

Take a breath.
Acknowledge the fullness of your efforts,
and know you have given your all.
You have shown up, you have tried,
that is enough for today.

Doing your best does not mean doing it all.
It means showing up with care,
with presence, with heart.
Beyond that, let life move as it will.

Step back.
Release the grip of expectation.
Set down the weight you've been carrying.
You have done what you could.

In the pause, there is clarity.
In the stillness, there is peace.
Trust the flow that carries
both joy and challenge alike.

You are enough.
You have done enough.
Breathe.
Step back.
Rest.
Recharge.

Each moment, each step, each thought counts...this reminded me that the little things matter and I need to be kinder and gentler with myself.
Breathe, breathe again, and take it all in with ease and grace 💜

Don't hurry through this beautiful life,
reacting to situations with stress.
Step back from all the chaos
And rush a little less.

Come home to yourself again,
There are roses around your door,
The grass is not greener on the other side,
Don't always be searching for more.

The time is here and now
To appreciate everything you've made
It's not somewhere in the future,
Or when other plans have been laid .

So live with gratitude in your heart,
There are blessings to find in each day,
And you really don't need to look very far,
to see you are blessed in many ways ...

It's been a hot minute since I've been on my page... lots has happened - mostly good and many great lessons in life. One was I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes - that was a mind blower to start and now I see the gift in it. I've learned, worked hard and know how to heal myself. Now I'm ready to share with and support others!!
Stay tuned more to come in the next week and if you want to know sooner, DM me and I'll give you the scoop!
