Emotions in dance!

As the technique is important that we can feel our body and feel that moves are fully logical, compatible & efficient as, the feelings and emotions are CRUCIAL while dancing.

The technique, rhythm and emotions is a dance 'body', it's holistic structure.

So, don't limit you dance to foot works and steps!

Go through your dance as through life with all pallette of colors and shades 💜
