We stripped this one right down, saved the original Pure Roll insert, gave it a full torch finish, refinished the sole and back plate, then put it all back together.

You keep the feel of your putter while getting a completely different look.

This isn't something TaylorMade offers, but it's something we can do right here at Doghouse!

We spend a lot of time talking about clubs but honestly, one of the best parts of these tournaments is meeting the people behind them.

Every event is full of golfers who love the game just as much as we do. Some stop by for a quick chat, some get their clubs stamped on the spot, and some leave with a few new ideas for their next custom build.

The question we keep getting...
"What's the oil you use on the rusted wedges?" 👀

Unfortunately... that one's staying in the Doghouse. It's our secret sauce.

What we 𝘤𝘢𝘯 tell you is that rusted wedges need to be re-oiled from time to time to keep the finish looking its best. If your wedges are looking a little dry, bring them by and we'll get them cleaned up and re-oiled.

And here's the deal... if we rust your wedges for you, there's a chance we'll let you in on our little secret. 😉

Not every custom putter is just about looks.

This one started life as a single bend counterbalance putter. We converted it with a welded neck, changing the toe hang and face balance to create a setup that better suits the way it's going to be played.

To finish it off, we gave it a subtle two-tone black finish. It still has that murdered-out look, but with just enough contrast to make the details stand out.

A custom putter should fit your stroke, your eye, and your game.
