L'équipe des Ballstars est fière d'annoncer qu'un de ses coéquipiers fera partie de team Maple Leaf, la deuxième équipe de team Canada! On est fière de toi Hubert Gaudreau toutes nos félicitations !

ANNOUNCEMENT: 2017 TEAM MAPLE LEAF (TEAM CANADA ALTERNATE SELECTIONS)

Last week, we were excited to announce the 2017 Team Canada roster. Today, Dodgeball Canada is proud to reveal the 2017 Team Maple Leaf rosters. The following athletes will also serve as the alternates to Team Canada.

After several months of qualifiers, trials and a National tournament in Halifax that saw over 250 of Canada’s strongest and most passionate dodgeball athletes showcase their talents, the 2017 Team Maple Leaf rosters have been decided. On behalf of dodgeball communities from across the country, we thank everyone for their passion and appreciation for the process and embracing the connections and bridges being built across Canada.

The National Team Selections Committee (NTSC) deliberated in-person on the talent being represented from coast-to-coast and have constructed a men’s and women’s alternate team adhering to the 2017 Team Canada vision, as both programs look to continue with their individual growth and development. Dodgeball Canada would like to thank the following members of the NTSC for their relentless effort, thoughtful consideration, commitment and time they’ve invested to build Team Maple Leaf.

Ce fut difficille, autant physiquement que moralement, mais les Ballstars ont su tirer leur épingle du jeux. L'équipe mixte s'est inclinée dans le match pour la médaille de bronze de la division B alors que les hommes on remporté l'argent toujours dans la division B. Félicitation aussi aux filles des Black Ball(D) win qui ont remporté le bronze dans la division B et aux SamBall Olek qui ont remporté l'argent dans le récréatif division B. Merci à Tim Simpson et à toute l'organisation du National Dodge Ball Festival // It's been a hard but so amazing weekend, and after all, The Ballstars have been able to go to the co-ed b***e medal match in the B division and in the men, the team have won the silver medal in the B division. Congrats to the women team, the Black Ball(D)win, who won the bronze medal in the B division and to the SamBall Olek who won silver in the rec. B division. Thanks Tim Simpson and thanks to all the staff of the National Dodge Ball Festival

Le 30 avril prochain, les Ballstars auront payé leurs impôts et seront à Toronto pour le tournoi national de Dodgeball Canada et pour les Try outs de Team Canada. Souhaitez-nous bonne chance! // On April 30th, The Ballstars gonna have their taxes paid and are going to be in Toronto for the National Tournamet and Tryouts of Dodgeball Canada. Wish us luck!

Des membres des Ballstars, répartis dans deux équipes, participaient au tournoi de dodgeball ISaute Québec. L'une de ces deux équipes a remporté le 1er prix! Félicitation à toutes les équipes participantes. // Some members of the Ballstars, split in two team, took part of the dodgeball tournament at ISaute Québec. One of the two teams won the tournament. Congrats to every teams.
