I make bone broth weekly. I usually have a cup a day. This is one thing I would recommend adding to your daily routine. Its liquid gold and its cheap!!

Just take beef bones or chicken carcass and simmer all day with herbs, garlic, onions, ginger and whatever else you choose and then add salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar and you will have yourself some beautiful jars of amazing broth filled with so much goodness 🤩
