ADHD? Before anything else, work out how to get exercise daily.
Tips:
- Schedule it
- Do it with someone else
- Variety helps avoid boredom (start with one thing and focus on it)
- Do it before you need to focus
- If exercise impacts your sleep, don't do it before bedtime
