You do not need previous martial arts experience to join Utsuri-Ryu Ju-Jitsu. Our classes are open to complete beginners, with instruction designed to help each student build their skills at a comfortable and progressive pace.

Ju-Jitsu teaches practical self-defence while helping students improve their confidence, fitness, focus, discipline and respect.

We are excited to announce the opening of our second dojo at Sangudo Hall. Beginning September 8, 2026, children, teens and adults can join us every Tuesday evening to learn practical self-defence, improve their fitness, and build confidence, focus and discipline.

No previous experience is necessary. Everyone starts as a beginner, and beginners are always welcome.

Classes:
Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Sangudo Hall
$100 per month
$35 insurance per season
