Dear parents! Banff gymnastics has been back over a month now! Very sorry we were not able to spread the words ahead as there were only limited spots.
We are happy to announce our winter programs registration is opening up on November 15th Wednesday morning at 8am, again with Town of Banff website. Winter program runs on every Sunday still, and starts January 7th continually 12 classes until March 24th. Possible March 31st show time. Please mark on your calendar to avoid disappointment.
If you are interested in coaching or joining our Gymnastics board please reach out! Together we could carry this on for our children in our community longer, stronger! We hope all the kids have the opportunity to experience gymnastics class, we encourage kids who are taking Canmore classes wait a while to register or stay with Canmore ones. This way Banff children who never joined the class could have a turn. Appreciate of everyone understanding as there are only limited spots available each session!
We will run two programs again, please see below for details!
Little Movers 3-6 years old. 12:30-1:20pm. 50 mins class. 12 spots.
This is a drop in style class. Coach will set stations and games up, and direct each athlete per their skill level. Parents for kids 3 and 4 years old need to assist with their athletes for safety and efficient learning purposes.
The Beginners 6-8 years old. 1:30-2:30pm. a hour class.12 spots.
This program is for athletes who are ready to be trained, earn badges and get ready for future sports. Athletes learn all the gymnastics fundamental skills through games, challenges, with fully engagement.
The cost is $40 only since we have a very healthy fund available. I will require attendance for the Beginners class this time, kids who miss 5 classes or more, can't earn a badge at the end. Thank you for reading, please don't be hesitate to reach out if there is any concern or suggestion!
