The Turriff Hunt Camp is a non profit, private hunt camp on a very large private property about 15 minutes South of Bancroft. We are accepting new member applications for the 2026 hunting season and our annual membership fee is still only $250. This annual fee allows the member to hunt for deer once per year at our Turriff camp. Premium memberships are available for hunters that want extended use of club facilities or to participate in Elk, coyote or turkey hunting.

Our mandate is to educate and train new hunters on how to live sustainably through hunting. Please note, the approval of your membership application is not guaranteed, please apply by texting the Turriff camp manager at (343) 263-8072 to discuss hunting availability for 2026 at our camp.

For deer hunting, we offer rifle, black powder and archery hunting, but our preference will be for new archery hunters. Don't worry if you have any experience, our senior members will provide basic education and training. You are required to read the MNR regulations and have a valid hunting license and all other required tags and permits for the hunt.

We have strict camp rules regarding safety, behavior, ethical hunting and we require a waiver be signed before hunting. Camp rules are updated every year and you will get a copy of the rules when you join our camp.

We have a large number of Elk on the property and all camp members are asked to apply for an Elk tag. Its not easy to get an Elk tag, but its worth the wait!
