With years of experience competing in a multitude of sports, I am looking to share my passion for Boxing, Fitness and Health. As a Boxing Canada Level 2 Trainer with 25+ years of C-Suite experience in the Health/Wellness and Financial industries, I believe that I bring a unique perspective and understanding of what it takes to meet your fitness and health goals. Understanding the stresses of an al

l-consuming career and hectic lifestyle, I truly believe a well managed and consistent fitness regime can significantly improve your ability to deal with life's inevitable speed bumps.
