POWER SKATING is a high-energy instructional program geared towards hockey and ringette players. This program focuses on balance, control and agility skills including components of power and speed. Skating skills, techniques and performance drills are taught in a progressive format to enhance the skating ability required in game situations. Not only does Power Skating improve straight-line acceleration, but also backward skating, tight glide turns, forward and backward crossovers and more. 🏒💨

POWER 1 - Ages 5 - 9 yrs
POWER 2 - Ages 10 yrs and older

Skaters must have strong basic forward and backward skating skills to register in our power skating programs. Full hockey/ringette equipment is required, including stick.
