By far, this is the farthest distance anyone has ever travelled to go kayaking with us. 17,000 km and here they are. Sisters Shannon and Julia travelled a long way to go from one island to another. Happy 50th birthday Julie!

It’s not every day your Kayak Guide’s paddle 500 km to get to work, but Danny and Christine managed to pull it off leaving from Lawrencetown Nova Scotia paddling to North River Kayak Tours on Cape Breton Island.

Our returning kayak guide‘s Danny and Christine have decided to paddle to work…Paddle to work from Lawrencetown Nova Scotia to North River Bridge, Nova Scotia some 500 km away. They are soon arriving on Cape Breton Island so if you see them paddling by give them a great big wave and a YAHOO or even a lobster sandwich, a beer or a cosy bed to sleep in.
