I asked Danyelle what she would like to do for our 6th wedding anniversary 💍 on Saturday and she said “I’d like to go to Polletts Cove so we can clean up the beach 🏖️ “ So we did….

We spent time cleaning, swimming, making new friends, drinking good wine, and rekindling our relationship.

Went for a quick hike up to the Uisge Ban Falls in Baddeck after all the rain we had and here’s what it looks like. Nature is incredible.

100 mm of rain since last night and no sign of it stopping. North River Kayak Tours will be closed until Monday at 9 AM. bit we are offering free chocolate milk with a dash of salt water.

Today we stopped off at Bingham’s Cave and also took a look at the Eagles Nest 🪹 that has been there for over 55 years or as long as I can remember so maybe it’s been there for 15 minutes.

Took the afternoon off to go to Baddeck village to restock supplies. Left North River and it was 26° and sunny. In Baddeck, there’s a lightning storm, ☔️ hail storm ❄️ and a flash flood. 🌧️
I have a feeling this is mother nature’s way of expressing herself on the imposed tariffs by the orange clown.
